Just few hours after a breaking news about Gombe, the capital of Gombe state, being under serious attack from Boko Haram terrorists, another surprising one is here!
Earlier today, hundreds of Boko Haram Islamists were said to have invaded the city of Gombe, firing heavy guns. However, AFP reports that some of the locals made it known that the insurgents threw leaflets at them. Leaflets with writings that suggest that they should not vote, come the March and April elections.
A Twitter user has however confirmed the claims of the locals by tweeting the photo of this leaflets in which was written in Hausa language warning Gombe people not to vote! See the tweets and the letter below:

Recall that two weeks ago a bomb got detonated in a tricycle station on Abubakar Habu Hashidu Road some 200 meters from the stadium in Gombe state where a PDP presidential rally was being held.
