At least 16 people were killed and 30 others were injured when a bus collided with a train in northeastern Mexico on Friday, according to the Nuevo Leon State Civil Protection.
The bus attempted to cross rail tracks when the collision took place in Anahuac, in the state of Nuevo Leon.
The injured were evacuated to a local hospital
